As the founder of C. Hodges Consulting, Courtney Hodges helps businesses do better by growing purposefully from the start.
With work focused on specialty agricultural products, Courtney’s approach is founded on big-picture thinking. She offers expertise that enables businesses to develop the foundations for turning their visions into reality. You can find her work history on her LinkedIn page. She works with a broad and diverse network of industry experts to ensure her clients receive customized support.
As a part of the 5th generation to be raised on the family ranch in Texas, she was introduced to the unique challenges and opportunities facing value chains that rely on the environment. She spent countless hours riding along checking pastures, helping to work the livestock, and soaking in stories from her grandparents. If not on the ranch, she was in her mother’s CPA office learning the foundations of what it takes to understand the numbers behind a business.
Her work experience and education have refined her skills in strategic planning, operations analysis, value chain assessments, and respectfully navigating multicultural work environments. Projects that she managed have spanned the globe with focuses on agricultural inputs suppliers to direct-to-consumer brands. She has liaised on multiple projects with internal and 3rd party applications developers and IT service providers to ensure that business needs are being met.
She received her bachelors degrees in Agribusiness and Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M University. In 2018 she completed the Purdue and Indiana University MS-MBA program.
